I locked in a price online and received a call within minutes to help me reserve a unit itself. The online process was very easy, and when I went to the actual facility to finish the contract info, they were SO AMAZINGLY KIND AND HELPFUL!

This location just transitioned to SROA and it has not been well done. I have stored here for a few years and loved this location, felt it was reasonably secure, adequately clean, and the previous property manager was excellent. It was just what a small town self-storage should be. Then suddenly last month, I started getting emails and pre-recorded messages from "Marcy" saying to call a local number about my storage. But "Marcy" doesn't exist. Apparently they've named their virtual agent and failed to tell you its not the new property manager and your call is being rerouted to a call center. In reality, there is no property manager at this time. The call center operators, while polite, can't really tell you anything more than is on your website account. Oh wait, it took three calls before anyone even mentioned there was a website account I could look at. I have a unit in another state with a nationwide chain so know how these large chains tend to work and my experience here was not even on par with that. Additionally, they removed the military discount I was receiving which resulted in a sizeable payment increase without notice, and being overseas I am pretty much hostage to whatever they do. So, overall, I am neither pleased nor satisfied with my experience thus far with this company.
